Shier, William J. “Bill”, November 25, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Margaret “Margo” for 67 years. Dear father of Kathy Ann (Aaron) Nussman, Kerry Wm. (Mary), Kitty Marie (Tom) Michalski and Kelly M. Loving grandfather of Holly Shier, Laura (Todd) Neelis, Darren Shier, Dani Shier, Robert (Rachel) Peterson, Lindsey (Erik) Hart, Lauren (Derek) Girton, Will (Stacy) Shier and Megan Michalski. Proud great grandfather of MacKenzie, Addison, Sonja, Brooklyn, Ava, Dana, Nolan, Ian and Tyler. Dearest brother of Helen (Harry) Procker. Bill was a proud WWII Army Veteran who was a POW and recipient of the Bronze Star.
Visitation Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 2pm to 8pm with a 7pm Scripture at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 East 15 Mile Road in Sterling Heights. Instate Thursday, December 2 at 9am until the time of a Funeral Mass at 10am at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 44633 Utica Road in Utica. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Capuchins.
