Rosa Barretta

Barretta, Rosa (nee Alfano), age 91, December 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Gaetano for 54 years. Dear mother of Frank (Grace) Barretta and Rosa (Joe) Demick. Loving grandmother of Francesca (Christian) Lucido and Marcella (Eduardo) Toro. Proud great grandmother of Gianna, Mila, Ava and Luca. Preceded in death by her siblings. Rosa loved cooking and baking for her family. Like a typical Italian mother, her family was her life and brought her the most joy. No one ever went hungry.
Instate Thursday, December 9 at 9:30am until the time of a Funeral Mass 10am at San Francesco Catholic Church, 22870 S. Nunneley Road in Clinton Township. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
