Raeann Lynn McGehee

Raeann McGehee, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 6th, 2024 at the age of 60, after a courageous battle with cancer. Her resilience and strength throughout her journey were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Raeann was born on January 18th, to Grace and George Schaubroeck. From a young age, Raeann's free spirit and compassionate heart touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She cherished her family and friends, and her door was always open to those she loved. 

Raeann was a devoted partner to Brad and a loving mother to her children, Gracia and Joshua, as well as a stepmother to Nicole and Jessica. She was also a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother, showering her family with unconditional love and affection. She leaves behind grandchildren Austin, Miranda, Aubrey, Frank, Katelyn, Alexis and great granddaughter Kehlani. 

Raeann had a deep love for animals and always had cats and dogs by her side. She leaves behind her beloved pets Bowser, Max, Sarge, and Darling, who brought her immense joy and companionship throughout her life.

Raeann was predeceased by her parents, George Schaubroeck and Grace and Bernie Patterson, along with brothers Robert, George, and Dan. She is survived by her sisters Kathy, Gina, and Sharon, and her brothers Pete and James, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will all deeply miss her presence in their lives.

A celebration of Raeann's life will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores from 2:00pm until 8:00pm with a sharing of memories service at 6:30pm.
