Maria Giordano, Age 57, passed away on June 7, 2018.

Beloved wife of Carl.

Loving Sister of: Cathy Check (Joe), Charles Formicola (Moya) and twin sister, Anna Formicola (Will Miller)

Pre-deceased by her father, Leo Formicola and brother, Joe Wade Formicola.

Mumma Maria was courageous, strong and a big presence in everyone’s life, she was truly our Angel.

She struggled with M.S.A. a rare brain degenerative disease; donations can be made to the MUMMA MARIA MSA Foundation and mailed to 31810 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48082.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 4-9 pm and Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 1-9 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Ave (3 blocks North of 10 Mile). Funeral Service will be Friday, June 15, 2018, Instate 10 am with an 11 am Mass at St. Bonaventure Monastery, 1740 Mt. Elliott St.; Detroit, MI 48207.
