Eleanor M. Nadolski, 87, died July 5, 2019.
She was the loving wife of the late Leonard “Gus” William Nadolski; devoted mother to Christine (John) Skowron, David (Mary Ann), Mark (Robin), Kurt (Mary Ellen) and Leonard (Teresa) caring grandmother to Stacey, John, David, Amy, Kate, Kristie, Katelynd, Leonard, Jenell, Megan, and Michael. Great-grandmother of Johnathan, Aiden, Miles, Evan, Max, Brayden, Luke, and a new baby boy born on July 6, 2019. Eleanor was preceded in death by her sister Elsa and brother Hans.
Eleanor was born July 29, 1931 in Detroit to Kreszentia (Diemer) and Johannes Aicheler. She spent her life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 11, 2019 at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 21100 Madison Street, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081 with In-State visitation from 10:00 to 10:30 AM followed by the funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Visitation Wednesday July 10, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM) at the Bagnasco and Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan followed by a luncheon at the Fernhill Golf Club, 17600 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038.
