Edward Adam Rybicki

Edward Adam Rybicki, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2022 in Saint Clair Shores, where he lived most of his life. Edward was born and raised in Hamtramck, Michigan. He was a Wayne State Graduate and went on to earn a Master’s Degree at Saginaw Valley State University. Edward spent his career as an educator at Van Dyke Public School District. While teaching he met and married his beloved wife, Marilyn, whom he was married to for 52 years.
Edward was an avid bowler, golfer and some may say, quite a pool shark. His sense of humor, singing and kind heart will always be fondly remembered by those lucky enough to have known him. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn, their daughter, Laura Rief (Bryan), their son, Edward J. Rybicki (Kathryn), and four beautiful granddaughters: Julia, Angelique, Fiona, and Marissa. He is also survived by his brother, Eugene Rybicki. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Rose.
Viewing services will take place at Bagnasco Calcaterra at 25800 Harper Avenue, Saint Clair Shores, on Friday, April 22nd from 2pm-8pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at 11am at Our Lady of Hope Church, located at 28301 Little Mack Avenue, Saint Clair Shores.
