Schmelzle, Donald J., age 83, June 16, 2021. Beloved husband of Jackie for 45 years. Dear father of Dawn Williams (Fiancé Michael) and Robert. Loving grandfather of Kevin, Taylor and Brandon. Survived by his brother Tom (Connie) Schmelzle and his many nieces and nephews. Don proudly served in the United States Army in the 101st Airbourne. He retired from Chrysler after 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and making things by hands.

Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 East 15 Mile Road, Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Service, Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 10:30am at the funeral home.
