Beloved husband of Clara. Dear father of Gary (Sherri) Whitcher, Darlene (Rick) Emelian, Tony DeTomaso, Niky (Jack) Hachigian, Bill (the late Sabrina) Whitcher, Sundee DeTomaso-Winarski, and the late Debbie Duronio and Phillip DeTomaso Jr.
Proud grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Brother of Nick (Veronica) DiTomaso, Angie (Ed) Malak, Frank (the late Rose), Sara (Sam) Giordano, and the late Dominic (Mary), James, and Daniel. Loving son of the late Anthony & Mary DeTomaso. Retired from Ford Motor after 25 years, also a Korean War veteran. Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. Fifteen Mile Road, (@ Schoenherr) Thursday 2-9 pm. Funeral Friday Instate 9:30 am at Bethel Christian Church 13200 E. 11 Mile Road, Warren, until time of service 10:30 am. Interment Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery.
