Jozef Lisy

Jozef Lisy, 89, of St. Clair Shores passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at ShorePointe Nursing Center. Mr. Lisy was an Army Veteran of WWII obtaining the rank of Sergeant. Before he retired he was an Electronics Technician in the Aviation Industry. Survivors include his wife, Ninfa Pellerito Ciaramitaro Lisy; and his sons, Joe(Virginia)Lisy and the late Michael Lisy; he is the step-father of Salvatore(Kathleen)Ciaramitaro, Stella(Dan)Brooks, Jane(John)Solomon, Marilyn(Richard)Kuenster, Charlotte(Jim)Solitro, Paul(Pamela)Ciaramitaro, Charles J.(Sylvia)Ciaramitaro, J. Luke(Rene')Ciaramitaro and Joseph(Elaine)Ciaramitaro; 26 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and two sisters in the Czech Republic. Memorial Visitation will be Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 3pm until the time of the Memorial Mass which will begin at 6pm at St. Lucy Catholic Church; 23410 E. Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080.In Lieu of flowers donations to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, 1820 Mt. Elliott St., Detroit, MI 48207 or your favorite charity would be appreciated.
