Collin A. West

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Collin A. West, age 18, on April 16, 2024. Collin was the beloved son of Scott and the late Lori, and a loving brother to Austin, Brendan, and Kayden. He will be deeply missed by his extended family and countless friends.

Collin had recently graduated from Clintondale High School and was in the midst of training with Kimastle Corporation to pursue his passion for becoming an electrician. He had a zest for life that was contagious to all who knew him.

One of Collin's greatest joys was spending time with his family, especially when it involved riding his dirt bike and cooking for them. He had an adventurous spirit in the kitchen, always eager to try new recipes and delight his loved ones with his culinary creations.

Cars were another of Collin's passions, and he found immense joy in attending car shows whenever he could. His enthusiasm for automobiles was infectious, and he cherished the moments spent surrounded by fellow enthusiasts.

Above all, Collin had a heart of gold and a boundless generosity towards others. He was always willing to go the extra mile to bring a smile to the faces of those he cared about, whether through acts of kindness or his infectious sense of humor.

Visitation for Collin will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 3pm to 8pm, and on Sunday from 1pm until the time of the funeral service at 3pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, located at 13650 East Fifteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the family.

In honor of Collin's memory, may we all strive to embody his kindness, zest for life, and unwavering love for others. He will forever hold a cherished place in our hearts.
