Anthony Licavoli, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on March 23, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. Born on February 22, 1953, to Angelo and Pauline Licavoli, Anthony's life was marked by dedication to his family and a genuine warmth that touched the lives of all who knew him.
Anthony was the loving father of Tony (Tammy) and Natalie (Tony), and the proud grandfather of Tony, Nicholas, and Vincent. His devotion to his children and grandchildren was unwavering, evident in the daily conversations he shared with them, ensuring they always felt his love and support.
In addition to his roles as a father and grandfather, Anthony was a caring brother to Mary (Mario), Grace (Dennis), Phillip (Jill), and Vince. He cherished the bond he shared with his siblings, and his presence brought joy to family gatherings. Anthony will also be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He had a huge place in his heart for his late dog, Lucy, whose companionship brought him great joy and comfort. He found happiness in spending quality time with his family, and those who could make him laugh held a special place in his heart.
He loved cooking and often times would explain every dish that he created for his friends and family in great detail like the true chef that he was. Anthony was also a fixture in his community as he enjoyed daily gatherings with friends over coffee at the local diner.
Though he may no longer be with us in person, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores, MI from 2:00pm until 8:00pm with a Service at 7:00pm.
