  • Glenn Krcek: George and I were fellow ushers at St. Blase Sunday 10 am masses. After mass George and I often lined up on either side of the main church doors to pass out bulletins. George and I began to say "Have a Good Day" as people were exiting the church. George began to up this to "Have a Great Day" so I began to say "Have a Fantastic Day". Well, George not to be out done began to say "Have a Great Week" and George really meant it too. So now, in George's memory, I still say to St. Blase parishioners as I pass out bulletins "Have a Great Week" and it is in memory of George that I do this as I am alway thinking about him and his great sense of humor and his love of people.
